Food Festival 1-3 September 2023 is Denmark's largest food festival
Over three days, 30,000 happy festival-goers celebrate the good meal at Tangkrogen in Aarhus. Over 250 dedicated food businesses, producers, food artisans, associations and organizations join forces to create a colorful universe of flavors.
Here, guests can explore the many facets of food – from the small everyday touch to the sublime art. Of course, it is teeming with delicious tastings, but Food Festival also offers a wide range of activities and workshops that surprise, entertain, provide new experiences and teach new skills in the kitchen.
Tangkrogen's 50,000 m2 provides space for more than 250 unique experiences and ensures that children, adults, young and old and food enthusiasts can have an exciting and eventful day at Food Festival.

You can exchange your day-ticket for a weekend-ticket for only DKK 75 in the Information desk at Tangkrogen.
Conditions for online purchase of tickets:
The sale of online tickets continues until Sunday 3. September at 5:00 pm.
You will be able to purchase a day ticket at a discounted price online before 12:00 p.m. the day before. If you prefer to purchase a day ticket for Sunday, you need to purchase it on Saturday before 12:00 p.m.
As a guest, you are still able to buy an online ticket on the same day, but the price will be the same as the "at entrance"-price.

FOOD is storing the following personal data: Name, e-mail address and phone number.
What is the CUSTOMER’s information used for?
FOOD processes the CUSTOMER's personal data for the following purposes:- Delivery of agreed-upon activities/services.
- Sending marketing material.
- Surveys, statistics and analyses to improve our products and services.
- To provide optimal customer service.
- In relation to any potential legal claims.
The provision of personal data may be necessary for the conclusion of a contract for the delivery of products or services. In these situations, FOOD will not be able to offer our products or services unless the CUSTOMER provides the required information.
Who does FOOD share your information with?
FOOD shares your information with the following entities:
- FOOD's IT service providers (data processors).
* The Danish Business Authority, Central Denmark Region, and others for reporting purposes of events funded by them.When participating as a buyer at Industry Friday.
- FOODS suppliers of IT services (data processors).
- * The Danish Business Authority, Region Central Jutland etc., in connection with reporting on events financed by them.
* When participating as a buyer for Branchefredag.
How long is the FOOD CUSTOMER's information stored?
Transaction details are stored for 5 years from the transaction date in accordance with the Bookkeeping Act.
What rights does the CUSTOMER have?
As a customer of FOOD, the CUSTOMER has the right to exercise the following rights:- Access and rectification of the CUSTOMER's information.
- Deletion upon request (see below).
- Data portability, meaning the CUSTOMER can request to receive the information they have provided to FOOD.
- The ability to withdraw the CUSTOMER's consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- The right to request restriction of the processing of personal data.
Deletion or modification upon request
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, the CUSTOMER has a number of rights regarding FOOD's processing of their information. If the CUSTOMER wishes to exercise their rights, they should contact FOOD using the following details:

In certain cases, the CUSTOMER has the right to have their information deleted.

The festival is open:
Friday 1. September: 1 pm. – 7 pm.
Saturday 2. September: 10 am. - 7 pm.
Sunday 3. September: 10 am. - 5 pm.
Friday and Saturday, the festival areas Nordiske Dråber, Spisestuen and Gildesalen are open until 8:30 pm. End your day with a delicious dinner, live music and tasting from Danish drink producers. -

It’s allowed to bring a companion on presentation of a valid disabled companion card, if you either buy a ticket at the door or by pre-sale.
Disabled toilets:There are several disabled toilets on the festival site. The location can be found on the festival map or requested at the Information desk.
Wheelchair users:The festival is a festival for all. Therefore the site is designed to take people with walking difficulties and wheelchair users into account. There is disabled parking close to the festival site and the same with disabled toilet.
